Who Can Join?
You may be eligible for PMA membership if you are employed at Western University in a regular, full-time:
- Professional or Managerial position (Salary Grade 13 or higher)
- Research-Focused Professional position (Levels 1–6)
New to Western or Newly PMA-Eligible?
If you’ve recently joined Western or have moved into a PMA-eligible role, PMA membership is a great way to learn about the University, connect with colleagues, access support, and stay informed about issues affecting Professional and Managerial staff.
While PMA advocates on behalf of all eligible staff, members receive additional benefits, including professional development opportunities, direct support, member events, voting rights, and access to exclusive resources.
