Leadership Team
President: Lisa Dale

Senior Manager, Undergraduate Medical Education, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry
Lisa joined Western University in 2013 and currently leads administrative support for the Doctor of Medicine curriculum. Prior to joining Schulich Medicine & Dentistry, she spent 10 years as a Community Engaged Learning Coordinator within Student Experience, partnering with faculty members across the University to embed experiential learning into curriculum design.
As PMA President, Lisa is focused on advancing an inclusive, equitable, and engaged community that represents and supports the diverse needs of professionals and managers across Western. She is committed to strengthening member voice, fostering belonging, and promoting fair, transparent, and collaborative practices.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her two daughters and her dog, Ladybug, and can often be found skiing, golfing, or playing tennis.

Vice-President: Chris Lengyell

Director of Housing, Housing & Ancillary Services
Since joining Western in 2018, Chris has been committed to fostering student success through collaboration, service, and evidence-based practices. His leadership is grounded in student-centred principles, equity-focused decision-making, and organizational excellence.
As Vice-President of PMA, Chris works to strengthen the professional community through collaboration, learning, and leadership.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and proudly embraces his role as their unofficial chauffeur.
Second Vice-President: Hassam Ansari

Web Strategy Specialist, Faculty of Health Sciences
Hassam leads web governance, ecosystem planning, and user-focused design initiatives across the Faculty of Health Sciences. Prior to joining the Dean’s Office, he spent seven years supporting BrainsCAN and helping strengthen connections between research and the community.
He is passionate about higher education, lifelong learning, and creating systems that empower people to do their best work.
Hassam also served as Vice-Chair of the London Muslim Mosque Board during the COVID-19 pandemic and following the Our London Family tragedy. He is the proud father of two sons, Haadi and Idrees.
Secretary-Treasurer: Joseph (Joey) Paciocco

Acting Director, Operations & Strategy, Faculty of Engineering
Joey has worked at Western since 2012 and has held roles across Engineering, Arts & Humanities, Western Research, and Student Experience. His broad institutional experience has provided opportunities to manage complex budgets and collaborate with diverse teams across the University.
As Treasurer, Joey works closely with the PMA Board and Executive to ensure responsible and impactful stewardship of PMA resources on behalf of members.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, caring for his dogs, and pursuing fitness goals.

The Role of the Board
The PMA Board of Directors provides leadership and direction for the Association and helps ensure that it effectively represents and supports its members.
The Board:

- Supports professional growth and member engagement
- Advocates on issues affecting Professional and Managerial staff
- Serves as a key connection between members and the University
