Get Involved

The Professional and Managerial Association (PMA) thrives because of the dedication, expertise, and engagement of its members. Our committees and working groups play an important role in advancing the interests of PMA members by supporting advocacy, professional development, employee well-being, equity and belonging, member engagement, communications, and strategic initiatives across Western University.

We rely on volunteers to help shape the future of the Association and ensure that the voices of PMA members are represented. Whether you’re interested in planning events, supporting professional development opportunities, contributing to policy discussions, promoting equity and inclusion, or helping guide strategic priorities, there is a meaningful way to get involved.

Volunteering is an opportunity to:

  • Expand your network across Western
  • Develop new skills and leadership experience
  • Share your expertise and perspective
  • Contribute to initiatives that matter to PMA members
  • Make a positive impact on the Professional and Managerial community

Members from all areas of the University are encouraged to consider joining a committee or serving as a PMA representative on a Western task group. Your involvement helps strengthen the Association and support its continued growth and development.
